What's the secret to getting hired at American Animation Studios?

The secret is knowing the Art director... actually its about being willing to show that you're dedicated to the idea of a product versus the scope.

American Animation Studios being a fledgling company, I've helped raise the standard and was a crucial player in the finalizing of their first straight to DVD animated feature. Its been an excellent place of learning and advancement.
