How did you find your job at American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials?It found me when I went to northern MI to give a talk to one of AASHTO's committees. I so impressed the AASHTO staff at the meeting (one of whom was my future boss) that when I rode back to the airport in a van with her, she interviewed me on the spot. A week later, I was working here.
