What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
American Express?
There was always the pressure to perform to meet deadlines because of time limitations. But, this has helped me stay focused on the goals and deliver value. The 12 week internship deadline becomes extremely challenging to learn about an industry and make recommendations. But in the end the learning curve has been great and I got a great value out of my internship...

I worked on a project to improve the economics of the back office processing of the merchant servicing team. Innovated opportunities to increase online services (Web) usage by merchants to increase revenue by ~$1.2M. Partnered with subject matter experts in Marketing, Operations, Sales and Customer care services to identify new opportunities with regard to merchant relevance and satisfaction....
