- Migrated and rebuilt Java, C++ source code and SQL stored procedures
- Supervised and executed midnight production releases
- Led knowledge-transfer initiative, resulting in efficient transition of responsibilities to client configuration management team

BuySense Project - State and Local Solutions Group

- Selected as Portal Business Analyst for high visibility project to implement e-procurement system for the Commonwealth of Virginia, that used Java, JSP, HTML, and Ariba Buyer technologies, and integrated with the state's financial management system
- Championed the development and took ownership of the Quick Quote application that provided the management of procurement through informal quotes, a key module that helped the system cross $1 billion in purchases recently
