How would you describe what you did at American Red Cross?I check in donors at our Blood Donation sites, man the main switchboard at the chapter, do data entry and give oral presentations to military service members.

How would you describe what you did at American Red Cross?Running a local Red Cross chapter is similar to running a franchise. Working with people is imparitive and developing business partners is a must.

What's the secret to getting hired at American Red Cross?Knowing how to manage in a crisis situation and using all basic business skills. Communication on all levels is one of the most important skills to have. Experience in business is a must. Must have some knowledge of human resources, marketing, and some financial experience.
