Responsibilities included origination of residential mortgage loans for consumers across the country, although focused on Jacksonville, FL, appraisal completion, title search and clearing, pay-off retrieval, document retrieval, clearing of funding stipulations, closing, funding, and disbursement of loan proceeds. Many other responsibilities are performed to assist the team in reaching their goal and to maintain quality standards. Self-generation of leads through referral partners has proved to be a great source of business, which I demonstrated with my own initiative at Ameriquest. Primarily responsible for all appraisal issues for funding/post funding. Processed appraisal/AVM orders and worked with numerous vendors including companies own appraisal panel. Handled Final Product issues. Ex. order holds, delays, gate accessability, address mismatch, etc, for all regions.
