These qualities must be packaged by an applicant wishing to be employed. Packaged by a mature or willing to mature person in a corporeal environment. Environment where integrity is a must, where work is considered an altar of blessing by the Great Provider. Also an environment that has a heart for everyone. Least I forget an environment of trust, holy competition and hope. Hope that out of concerted bests can serve everyone with a willing and happy heart. How would you describe what you did at Amkor Technology Philippines?

Responsible in monitoring and tracking the daily status of lots.
Checks and ensures that WIP Level is within the CT Goal, as well as coordinates any issues to the responsible parties.
Interface daily with Bakgrind Operations to alleviate any issues regarding priorities, production spillage,
overstaying, hold lots and long assembly cycle time.
Monitoring the daily lots status using the BG FBR Wip report, follow up on a daily basis actual status of lots and push to meet cycle time requirement and urgency of the lot, sending daily BG performance report.
Machine Allocation for the linear loading of the wafers per diameter.
Reporting the 95% and average mfg. cycle time of lots on a weekly basis, through the use of FBR.
Revising the shipback for potential misses, with proper coordination to production and CS.
Coordinates with Operations regarding critical Customer issues / requirements.
Coordinates with all departments on any issues pertaining to input and order-entry / work in process of customer's assembly lots. Monitors section's performance and institutes the necessary actions to maintain and upgrade performance.
Responsible for daily monitoring of Production schedules, assembly lot status at Work In Process and designated Customer assignments. Ensures that cusomers' inquiries are properly and immediately attended to.
Monitors daily start schedule to ensure adherence to installed production capacity per package and lead type.
Responsible for obtaining accurate reports of manufacturing indices such as Cycle Time, On-Time Delivery, Assembly yield, 95% MFG / ATA attainment.
SAP - Project Improvement Analyst, collating data for Process Improvement
Leads into introducing SAP as a new technique across Planning Department through various training courses.

How would you describe what you did at Amkor Technology Philippines?

I hold the position of Mold Designer for the Semiconductor Industry. I based my design from Customer Requirements and Specifications. I initially draft my designs from Autocad and progress with Solidworks or Alibre and saving files as IGES. The solid 3d can now be read by Sprut CAM Software to start CAM processes. The Software i used are Autocad 2006, Mechanical Desktop, Solidworks and AlibreI3d, and Sprut CAM for Tool path. I also interface with machine operators regarding projects and work strategy. I also designs mechanical components for automation. I also conduct design prototyping used in jigs and fixtures for the machining processes.... read more
