Amp'd Mobile Performed various roles within a start-up environment including: * System Administration o Altigen PBX - Extension/DID configuration, IVR/queue configuration, and troubleshooting o Linux - Deployment and administration, including deployment of syslog / splunk server and wiki server. o Mac OS X Server - fileserver maintenance and management o Windows 2003 Server / Active Directory - BES Server Management, General user and mailbox administration * Helpdesk Management o Managed ticketing system, which involved sorting, assigning, and following up on various service requests in addition to completing tickets. o Established work flow processes and forms for IT equipment ordering and helpdesk communication. * Helpdesk - Completed daily helpdesk duties including troubleshooting machines, remote support and laptop/workstation deployment for Windows XP and Mac OS X machines. * Identity Management - Managed access levels for various external and internal systems of over 1000 different accounts....
