What was your major and how applicable is it to your position at Ann Taylor?My major was Textile Design & Marketing with a marketing concentration. This major was very applicable to my position at Ann Taylor. I was studying apparel, textiles and the retailing industry and also gaining hands on experience as an AnnTaylor employee.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Ann Taylor?The most challenging thing about working in operations was time management. There were many things to do each day behind the scenes to keep the store organized and running smoothly as well as managing the sales floor.
