Small town atmosphere.

Someone gave me directions that took me 60 miles in the wrong direction. I left early, so it still worked ot. Honest mistake.

A lot of those guys don't even have computers. Funny question.

All the crews were great to work with. Everyone worked together for the most part really well.

It actually found me.

Be safe minded for yourself and others. Help others if they need it.

I tried to learn something new everyday about the machinery.

The management, fellow employees, and the job. All excellent.

Getting a CAT paver back up and running after the crew had exhausted their fuel supply. It had to be off by 6:00 AM.
It was.

I loved this job. One might think, that keeping equipment operating on multi million dollar jobs would cause a challenging degree of pressure. It wasn't. Doing what you love and feel confident about is no challenge, it;s a pleasure.
