What do you miss most about Apex Learning?

Working directly with students. It was very satisfying to be able to help a kid when they're having a technical problem that is impacting their ability to learn. It was especially fun to talk to the really bright, quick students, who made tech support easy by asking the right question.

What did you learn along the way at Apex Learning?

I learned how to slow down and walk someone through troubleshooting steps over the phone. This often required the utmost in patience, as well as thoroughness (don't assume anything about the problem or what they've done).
