What do people wear to work at Applied Research Associates?Almost always casual dress in my area. Mostly Blue Jeans. Safety Shoes. If you were conducting a tour for vistors or making a presentation, then a coat and tie in some cases.

What's your daily commute like at Applied Research Associates?For me, its about 15 miles to the main base gate, and then another 12 mile drive to the test area where we work.

What motivates you to do your best work at Applied Research Associates?I like what I am doing and want to continue the type of projects that I am working on. The people I work with are very dedicated and hard working and I don't want to disapoint them since they are so great to work with.

How did you find your job at Applied Research Associates?Through a mass mailing my resume to news paper ads (back in 1995). Luckily a past co-worker saw my name in the resume stack at my present employer and recommended me to come in for an interview.
