Report directly to the company President and responsible for strategy creation, the logistics of client engagements and coordination of company administrative functions. Responsible for achieving the overall business objectives by identifying and implementing the organizations operational processes, system requirements and compliance while driving value, implementing and maximizing performance metrics and strengthen and expand client relationships. ?? Coordinate the activities of US based, cross-functional teams to deliver high quality consulting services within a strong organizational framework. ?? Manage the activities of outsourced vendors and monitor appropriate metrics to ensure high quality services are delivered to clients in an efficient manner while managing internal P/L. ?? Collaborate with senior management to determine new consulting offerings/enhancements and coordinate project plans, resource requirements and project prioritization. Utilize Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, LEAN, NPI) to drive effective implementations and client engagements....
