I am working as a Staffing Consultant, mainly on European projects, but also in the US. I have been recruiting in the engineering and IT sector, as well as in Business and Finance areas.

I am responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services. I recruit for professional and executive-level candidates and work to advance the Avature Corporation brand across numerous markets and professional communities. I perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Dice, Monster, Hotjobs, 3rd party vendors, Independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies.

High level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel software. Familiarity with Internet navigation and on-line recruiting technology/tools.

Demonstrated oral presentation and written communication skills....
