Hired to set up the CRM indirect channel (Systems Integrators and ISVs), and rapidly assumed overall strategy. Left due to major re-organization (70% of the team left, along with the GM).

Initiated successful CRM partnerships with Siebel, Accenture and EDS
Developed partner certification,
training programs, demo centers and software, webinars, and partner portals to sell joint go-to-markets integrating Avaya CRM, CTI and IVR software and hardware with the partner's software and professional services;
Generated $18 million with EDS in six months (over $0 revenue the previous year);
Established a joint CRM solution with Accenture (CRM in a Box) to develop a new business line, targeting clients with small volume CRM needs.

Work with technicians by loading them with work orders and trouble repair requests. Work on reports to keep updated and closed out on time. Research and order equipment if needed on repair jobs.
