How would you describe what you did at Avaya?Hired to set up the CRM indirect channel (Systems Integrators and ISVs), and rapidly assumed overall strategy. Left due to major re-organization (70% of the team left, along with the GM).

How would you describe what you did at Avaya?Design, install, and train on call recording products. Participated in Core team to bring new call recroding product to market. Designed delivery documentation and checklist for new and existing products.

What's the secret to getting hired at Avaya?Willingnes to travel. Be able to work in non structured environment. Most employees work Virtual office with limited supervision.

How would you describe what you did at Avaya?Call recording installation, consulting, troubleshooting. Assisted in bringing new call recording system to market.

How would you describe what you did at Avaya?Work with technicians by loading them with work orders and trouble repair requests. Work on reports to keep updated and closed out on time. Research and order equipment if needed on repair jobs.
