System Test Software Engineer. Wrote test plans for IP Office, and Partner Systems. Tested new software for Key, Hybrid, and IP Telephone Switches.

Also wrote test plans and implemented them to test with Software Applications to be used with these systems.

Worked in Tier IV group
providing customers with solutions for thier problems with the products and aslo helping them utilize the product to work to their advantage.... read more
