Experiences at Avis Europe Plc

Programme managing the delivery of a significant global legacy change programme, impacting all business units across EMEA on behalf of the steering group.

Providing leadership and direction to the project team with full P&L responsibility for this +13m euro programme, whilst managing the stakeholders and associated communication plan and reporting to the group CIO.

Additionally a member of the group IT management committee, working closely with all business units, global country IT managers and Avis Budget Group in the US.

This role also required significant amounts of global travel to ensure smooth delivery of this critical programme....

Short term contract for the CIO of Avis Europe to bring into production an ERP solution (Peoplesoft). I was engaged to ensure the smooth transition to production of this large scale project with a ??45m budget.
