Cash large checks, take loan payments, credit card payments, cash payroll checks, make several deposits, around 600 transactions a day.

How would you describe what you did at BB&T?

I corrisponded with the branch maneger and helped with vacations and etc. I did dailey trackin gon the tellers and helped them when they had problems or needed assistance. I dealed with large sums of cash. I also opened accounts.

How would you describe what you did at BB&T?

Provided accurate transactions and referred clients to appropriate personnel as needed for English and Spanish speaking clients. Performed basic transactions of a paying and receiving teller. Backup vault teller. Responsible for replenishing, balancing, and auditing 3 ATM's. Backup Relationship Banker which involved the following responsibilities for English and Spanish speaking clients: sales, opening new accounts, team sales efforts such as call nights, served as a contact for client problem resolution, and closed accounts. Processed deposits and withdrawals from savings and checking accounts. Issued money orders, bonds, traveler's checks, and redeemed bonds.
