Experiences at BBVA BANCOMER

Bancomer is the second largest bank in Mexico.
Technological project leader for the International Money by Wire product ("DINERO SEGURO") between United States Postal Service and Bancomer.

ACHIEVEMENTS.
* Coordinated and did negotiations with the United States Postal Service people to do the Marketing Test for this product.
* Designed, Installed and administrated the computer command center operated by Hewlett Packard (Atlanta, Georgia).
* Designed, Installed and administrated the backup computer and operations center (LA, California).
* Designed and installed the telecommunications infrastructure for the project.
* Coordinated and installed the client Call Center (Phoenix, Arizona).
* Coordinated and Installed the User Help Desk (Mountain View, California).
* Coordinated the installation of 85 sites (California and Texas).
* Designed and installed the operational systems in Mexico to pay the senders' money nation wide.
Variable number of people under my command (outsourcing included): 50 to 100 people.

Designed, Developed and Controlled Accountability and Statistics Information Systems for Bancomer business units.

* Designed and Installed Operations Information Systems for the branches all over the nation.
