While at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. I supervised a staff of 8 to 10 people. I produced weekly, monthly and annual reports to department managers and executives on their cost and annual spendings. I maintained an repore with the client and was able to access and fulfill their daily needs and wants. I created a small copy center in the mailroom to deal with extra copy jobs that may have been needed by departments. Our shipping and receiving division had an overturn rate of 98% with rarely a package or document being late, lost or misplaced. We provided services to the facilities department for either, lifting furniture or machine equipment, establishing new department setups, we facilitated refills of the pantries and kitchen on each floor. We overlooked the delivery of pandemic supplies during flu and cold seasons. Not only were we a mailroom we became and office services back-up department....
