The "secret" to getting hired is: you must be willing to greet everyone who walks in the door, keep a positive attitude, help the customers by not only looking up the book/product, but by also take them to the section and putting the book/product into their hands. Most importantly, you must be able to sell the Barnes & Noble memership card. You're not paid to read books, you're paid to work.... read more
