One time, I had to search all over the store to find this book that a customer needed for class that week. We were out of the book so than I called a few other Barnes and Noble stores in the area, they were out of it also. Then I checked online to see if b&n.com had it, they were also out of it. I eventually ended up ordering the book for the customer after 30 minutes of exhausting every other possible option....
