What advice would you give to a new employee at Barnes & Noble?Be willing to follow all kinds of directions, be friendly and outgoing, don't wait to be told to do something, ask if there is anything that needs to be done, ask all customers if they need help, smile.

What did you learn along the way at Barnes & Noble?I learned good customer services skills. I learned how to work in a team. I learned how to be more assertive and how to take more initiative.

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Barnes & Noble?One time, I had to search all over the store to find this book that a customer needed for class that week.
