The interview process was very laid back, my interview was conducted in the cafe where the assistant manager and I casually talked and than he asked me questions about my past work experience and what I was looking for as far as my career went. Having the interview be in such a casual setting and to have the manager start it off with a relaxed approach helped it to go much smoother and helped to calm my nerves....
