My position required me to recognize which area of the bookstore I was needed in. We did not have assignmened positions and therefore were required to help customers with finding books and what books were needed for particular courses, understand and take inventory, stock shelves and order books, receive orders and ship out books, as well as an assortment of other tasks. This job required excellent communication and customer service skills....
