How would you describe what you did at Bauer Compressors?

Performed complete process audits of the Metal Fabrication Shop, Grinding Line, Paint Line and Warehouse operations and presented written reports to Vice President and Managers with observations and recommendations for increased process efficiency and product improvement.
Tracked government
contracts to ensure proper shipping requirements were met.
Receiving, first article, in-process and final inspection of breathing air compressors and associated components.
Interpreting engineering drawings using principles of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Initiating Material Rejection Notices and working as a team with other departments and vendors to resolve quality issues in the production process.
Writing, updating and implementing quality system procedures and work instructions.
Calibrating pressure fittings.
Knowledge of breathing air compressor and mobile nitrogen generator manufacturing principles including: assembly, tube bending, wiring harnesses and electrical boxes, testing, inspecting and packaging requirements.
