You must be task oriented, setting clear goals on the daily, weekly and monthly level. Organization is key to working at Benchmark Research, as well as prioritization. A clean and neat appearance is also very important, as we see patients and need to make a good impression. Also included in that is an impeccable and professional manner. Keep in mind that bringing a patient into our facility is one thing; retaining them for future studies is quite another. Finally, interpersonal skills are a must. Interviewing patients for clinical trials and performing clinical tasks such as drawing blood (phlebotomy), ECGs and vital signs. My job also includes processing lab samples and collecting patient data. I have 2 years of experience completing regulatory documents and transcribing patient data in to CRF and eCRF (Case Report Forms and electronic Case Report Forms).
