What's the secret to getting hired at Benchmark Research?

You must be task oriented, setting clear goals on the daily, weekly and monthly level. Organization is key to working at Benchmark Research, as well as prioritization. A clean and neat appearance is also very important, as we see patients and need to make a good impression. Also included in that is an impeccable and professional manner. Keep in mind that bringing a patient into our facility is one thing; retaining them for future studies is quite another. Finally, interpersonal skills are a must. To be a coordinator, you must have what it takes to work in a team environment; team-building skills will take you a long way at Benchmark Research.... read more

How would you describe what you did at Benchmark Research?

Interviewing patients for clinical trials and performing clinical tasks such as drawing blood (phlebotomy), ECGs and vital signs. My job also includes processing lab samples and collecting patient data. I have 2 years of experience completing regulatory documents and transcribing patient data in to CRF and eCRF (Case Report Forms and electronic Case Report Forms). Add study completion and close out to my list of experiences.... read more
