Experiences at Bernabe General Dentistry

There has been many challenging aspects working in this office, well, it can be in any office. I was always moved when I was unable to go further with assistance for patients that needed healthcare. There were times when the doctor was not participating with a carrier and I had to recommend the patient elsewhere. This process sometimes was very hard to deal with because I knew if he/she had stayed they would be in good hands, but they could not.
It was also hard at times dealing with staff members who were not as dedicated to deliver quality healthcare by consuming accurate and timely medical data. Then again dealt and worked these challenging aspects for the better and reimburst the relationships with others...
