Experiences at Big Boy

All employees are allowed to a half hour break, in which the employee must clock out to eat. If the employee is a minor they must break every four hours in which they must take a fourty minute break with clocking out. Employees are not to leave to dine-out. The advantage of working at a restaurant is there's always going to be food. Employees receive fifty percent off of food purchase....

The dress code includes: Khaki pants, brown shoes, blue polo t-shirt (supplied by the company), red apron (also supplied by the company-if you are a server or cook you wear an apron), a name tag, and last but certainly not least a SMILE!
