* Negotiated and managed a strategic partnering relationship with a major U.S. reference lab resulting in the chain wide adoption of a new TDM product and significantly increased worldwide market share.

* Developed a cost reduction model for TDM products resulting in GPM increase from 62% to >70%.

* Led a project team resulting in launch of an automated HPLC kit for therapeutic drug monitoring.

Sales Representative (1989 - 1992)
* Tripled annual sales in territory in 2?? years. Ranked number one in the West Coast region and number two in the nation for 1991. Received three divisional awards for exceptional sales performance....
