How would you describe what you did at Blackbaud?

Research and test client's databases to resolve advanced SQL issues and problems within Financial Statements and Crystal reports.
Provide telephone and remote desktop support for clients with general accounting problems in all modules of fund accounting software including GL, AP, AR, Cash
Receipts, Payroll, Student Billing, Cash Management, and Grants/Endowments.
Provide telephone and remote desktop support for clients with working in fund-raising software, creating queries, exports, reports, etc.
Provide telephone and remote desktop/server support for SQL server issues including network connectivity, database engine support, installations, and maintenance issues.
Log all information in SQL database for client resolution knowledgebase and act as senior client relations analyst.

How would you describe what you did at Blackbaud?

I am currently employed at Blackbaud, Inc., a public company developing software products for the non-profit sector. As Director for Corporate Readiness, I manage and mentor a staff of program managers and release leads, and direct cross-division teams to ensure the company is ready to achieve our product roadmap objectives, in the US and abroad. My focus is on our ability to pursue, sell, release, deliver and support new products. I develop the company launch plans and work with the product development teams to ensure a predictable release. I am responsible for resourcing, recruiting, staff development, budget management, scheduling, and negotiating trade-offs across divisions to meet our objectives. I chair the New Initiatives Governance Team which provides strategic directives and oversight of the product War Teams.
