Chicago Public School System
* Led a team to develop deployment procedures for a
refresh of over 15,000 PCs nationwide
* Trained techs and clients on how to use Bluecurrent web based
software
* Created various Deployment Guides
* Supported an asset management system consisting of over
100,000 assets
* Supervised technicians onsite and remotely managed
techs offsite
* Worked with development to customize the Bluecurrent software for each client
* Traveled over 80% of the time nationwide
* Responsible for weekly expense reports and maintaining the
proper amount of resources at each site to stay on budget
* Worked directly alongside management from Dell, Honeywell,
Boeing, Aon, CSC, Citicards and Chicago Public Schools...
