Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies for Administration Department. Maintain office equipment. Adhere to strict confidentiality concerning patients. Probably one of the most enjoyable aspects of my position was the availability of volunteering at various events. Every day, juggling the calendars to enable everyone to be accommodated was a project. What's the interview process like at Boca Raton Community Hospital?

My first interview was with 2 Vice Presidents of the Administration Department. After that process, I was interviewed in a group setting with 7 other staff support members.

What was your major and how applicable is it to your position at Boca Raton Community Hospital?

I have a secretarial certificate and excellent qualifications which I believe assisted me in being hired for this position. Being a "team player" was very high on their qualifications and after the team interview, I feel that was part of the reason I was hired, in that everyone at the interview felt that I could contribute as part of a team. What was the main reason for accepting your job (location, opportunity, money) at Boca Raton Community Hospital?

At the time I was offered the position at BRCH I was working for the founder of a newspaper in a personal assistant position which I also liked very much. I needed to obtain a full time job with benefits, so I accepted the job immediately and felt flattered to be offered the job.
