What's the secret to getting hired at Bon Bini/eWorld Cargo?

I was working for eWorld Cargo and they decided not to renew their FMC license. The president of eWorld Cargo is the brother of the president of Bon Bini. He asked if he would keep me on as one of his employees, since I would be doing the same type of work.
