* Led multi-discipline tiger teams in analysis of U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and U.S. Corps of Engineers command centers. Provided technical design and budget planning recommendations for multi-million dollar Department of Defense and Federal Government command center upgrades.
* Provided software engineering analysis as member of Technical Evaluation Board (TEB) for Government of Kuwait Ministry of Justice on an organization-wide legacy systems replacement project. Eight week effort saved the Government of Kuwait an estimated $10 million.
