I did majority of everything from learning the system, management, scoring ranges (the system included a scoring system in which you must qualify for every month; all calls were monitored and individually screened for quality insurance.) Paper work, team work, supervisory of more than 15 people at a time, documentation for casino functions. Knowledge of the entire casino and thier functions... there is a package to learn, and I still have knowledge of all....

Having computer skills, good speaking voice and knowledge of how to speak; learning skills--must be willing to listen, take notes, and learn system, rules and regulations of the casino business.
