Developed and managed the training program for the R&D Mechanical Engineering Team. Populated LMS (Plateau) with training requirements for the R&D Mechanical Engineering team. Supported the Change Request process for R&D functions. Managed department workflow and resolved personnel issues.

Led the R&D team through multiple successful training file audits. Implemented a training notification system that improved training compliance to operating procedures. Coordinated with multiple departments at another Boston Scientific site to develop a training program benchmarked off the program developed for the Watertown team. Programs spanned multiple functions and position levels.

* Exceeded corporate goal for quality training compliance for the entire Watertown facility and the Endovations R&D Mechanical Engineering team in Marlborough, MA.

* Improved lab notebook compliance by developing and implementing a quarterly audit program for lab notebooks that ensured notebook entries were in compliance with applicable procedures.

* Developed R&D technical writing group. Developed charter for new technical writing services group. Incorporated responsibilities for R&D training program into technical writing group's charter.
