What's the best team you worked with at Boston University GSM?

The best team I worked with at BU GSM was a group of five people who contributed to our Operations Management project in the Spring of 2006. Each team member came with a unique set of experiences and skills that allowed us to creatively analyze the MBTA's Green Line. Our recommendations were designed to alleviate bottlenecks in their passenger loading/unloading and payment systems and generate additional revenue for the organization.

Although we did not present our findings to the MBTA, many of our recommendations have since been implemented!!

(Check out Jim Ivers in My Faves - he was a great source of expertise and motivation on this team!)
