Managed the Admissions Department in this private, non-profit, progressive liberal arts college. Promoted twice in 6 years, handled increased responsibilities, including supervision of staff and student workers, managed a $30,000 budget, assumed leadership role in boosting the College's financial health and overall image. Served as the primary point of contact for all prospective students, and facilitated their evaluation and enrollment. Implemented Strategic Enrollment Management System.
