Experiences at CAP Saudi Ltd.

CAP is one of Integrated Vision Group (IV Group) that delivers Professional Services and automation solutions for a range of clients. It plays the Prime Contractor role for IVG. I had joined CAP as a Project Manager before I was assigned for Acting Operation Manager role. My roles, responsibilities and tasks performed are as the following:

* Leading Cap operations to retain its market position and expand its market share. I worked on redefining CAP's mission to cope with IVG's subsidiaries mission, set new strategic and tactical objectives to achieve business and profit growth objectives.
* Redesigned and enhanced business processes.
* Develop appropriate marketing strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets.
* Manage communications to guarantee gaining the cooperation of, people in specialist areas such as technical experts, accountants, partners and others.
* Developed qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., writing proposals, tendering, etc.) to garner new business.
* Contract to perform specified work in accordance with project plans specifications.
* Review bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids.
* Provided a project management and coordination assistant to the PMO to manage work of Digital Economy contract revision, deliverables definition and creating a project deliverable manual for the client.
* Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
* Approve and reject requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules.
* Arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts.
* Managed the communications with IVG's subsidiaries projects' owners and coordinated the activities to deliver the scope and allocate budget for the remained three projects in the Program.
