I applied on the CBL website for a job in another department of the company, but then I was recommended for the job that I now have. It also helped that I new a few people that already worked at CBL, because personal referrals are always a plus.

1.) CBL has an amazing office environment with a nice clean decrotive appearance. It has cherry furniture, hardwood floors and beautiful pictures of the properties line the hallways. 2.) A workout facility with treadmills, stair climbers, and a weight machine. Also, cable to watch. You can get caught up on news and sports will working out during lunch. 3.) Each department is like a family. They celebrate birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries. 4.) They have 401K and stock purchase plan. It fun to watch the stock market to see what the stock market is doing while havng a personal interest. 5.) Company-wide recognition for employement anniversaries....
