Greet and direct audience members to the studios for shows being taped. Assist in the ticket office and Ticket window answering phones and dispensing tickets to the general public.

Supported CTO and other senior staff members, scheduled appointments, travel itinerary planning, monthly expense reports, phones, correspondence, preparation of reports and presentations.
Managed all departmental office administrative duties including tracking and recording attendance and payroll processing, security requests and concerns, supply and equipment maintenance, updating status of all active vendors, processing weekly, monthly and quarterly invoices.
Assisted in developing, designing and updating departmental intranet.
