Experiences at CBS Personnel Services

The toughest problem I had to overcome at CBS Personnel Services were the cultural differences between my Japanese boss and his counterparts at his Japanese client companies and the (usually) American HR managers at those same companies. I became very adept at being respectful to the wishes of the upper management, and the feelings and motivations of the HR departments. I felt my time living in Japan, but being an American, uniquely qualified me for this. I have always prided myself on being a good listener and understanding the importance of discretion....
