Participated in CTID's "CTID CallCenter" R&D,maintenance. "CTID CallCenter System" is a VOIP CallCenter based H.323 protocal. System voice commucation modules are developed by c/C++,and business modules are developed by java. I'm Project Manager of this System.
"CTID CallCenter System" is maked up of Voice GateWay,GK,ACD,IVR,Voice-Record Server,Agent system based on desktop and business system. I developed the ACD,GK,IVR,,Voice-Record Server,Agent system,and some moduls of business System.
