I got a trouble call from an instructor complaining that the computer in her classroom wouldn't turn on. After 15 minutes of troubleshooting over the phone, I was dumb founded because I couldn't figure out what the problem was. Before I left the help desk to respond to this call, I asked again if she was sure the the computer was plugged in, and she replied somewhat annoyed "Yes, I'm not that stupid!" Finally, I showed up in her classroom to fix the problem and the first thing I noticed...I couldn't believe it, nor could I contain my laughter, the computer was plugged into the power strip alright, but the power strip was plugged into itself!...
