Experiences at COMSYS IT Services

Ensuring the clients understand that I am there to help their jobs and not eliminate them. It is sometimes hard to get clients to buy into the concept of process improvement, without them thinking their jobs are in jeopardy (Office Space syndrome).

During my time at Comsys, I've played a number of roles on a variety of high profile projects, ranging from a technical business analyst, process documentation and improvement analyst, to a quality assurance engineer. Clients have included, among others, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Arbitron Media Research, and Southern Title Insurance.
