What's the secret to getting hired at CONNECTIONS?

Well I am an good hearted person, honest, caring, responsible, reliable, love childrens, and I do my job well. I communicate with people very well and get alone with everyone. Treat people the way I would like to be treated, and that is with respect, it goes a long way in life.
