Managing time is probably one of the most challenging aspects of the job. This is simply due to the Navy culture which no one person is going to change. How would you describe what you did at CTI Resource Management Services?

Mainly, I would describe my position as project management. I do what would designate me as a "team leader", however, that is such a small part of my job. I developed the initial quality program for the company, 95% of the work instructions for the Customer Service Reps, the Performance Improvement Plans for reps and much more.... read more

Possessing a positive mental attitude as well as strong problem solving skills is essential to procuring a job at CTI. The company is one of the better paying companies in the area. As a result, there is a good bit of competition for the positions available.
