Experiences at CVS/pharmacy

Having to call the insurance companies so that they wouls allow the patients to receive the medications that the patient needs.

To assist customers with item selection as needed, setup weekly ads,stocked and cleaned designated area, complete sales transaction

I did everything from inventory, to stocking, to resets/displays, register verifications, safe verifications, refunds/exchanges, customer service/complaints, training, scheduling, ect.

Train new technicians, invitory, pharmacy paper work, assist pharmasist, customer serviice, and maintaining a clean pharmacy enviorment.

I have learned to multitask while working as an intern and to be able to keep maintain speed while dealing wiht other customers every minute.

I helped assisted the pharmacy through entering prescription orders, filling, labeling, checking medications, problem solving in dealing with the medical insurance companies, inline operator, and maintain the customer's information to vertify the correct identity.

Train incoming pharmacy employees as well as existing employees as needed in all areas of pharmacy, ie. data entry of scripts, dealing w/ 3rd party issues, inventory procedures, customer service, filling scripts,assissting RPh as needed

Processed and printed customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. Led the team of photo lab technicians and trained new hires. Kept records of all orders that were completed. Worked in a very busy, deadline orientated part of the company, yet worked to ensure all customer needs were met. Exceptional customer service....

As a sales clerk at CVS/pharmacy I often assisted customers, checked cusomers out at the cash register, stocked shelves, and straightened inventory. I also cleaned the store, put up sales promotion signs, and worked as a team with other associates.
