In my type of position you are required to have knowledge of all types of billing proceedures and insurnace types. Which would include PPO HMO IPO WORKERS COMPENSATION PERSONAL INJURY. Also your education needs to be current with all the changes within coding and insurances. I strive in continueing my education which helps me in being more efficeint in my postion....
