I sat the guests at tables. Offered specific entrees and drinks. Ensured prompt service. Fulfilled the guests orders to their requests. Ran the servers food to the tables. Prepared the food after it came out of the kitchen.

As a hostess I greeted incomming customers, took names down, walked customers to their table, took phone orders and helped clean.

I waited tables and was able to extend my development of people skills. I came across many different types of people and learned to deal with them on a personal level. I also gained experience on how to address problems correctly and efficiently.
