I entered college following the summer of my high school graduation. I lived in the student apartments on campus for 2 of my 4 years in school. I joined Sigma, Sigma, Sigma sorority, acting as the new rush class's president, in my freshman year. The sorority was involved in philanthropic activies to raise money for children's wards in hospitals for terminally ill children. The sorority also engaged in enhancing campus life by coordinating campus events. I was elected and served as the education officer for the sorority for 1 year, and also as the public relations officer for 1 year. This organization was a wonderful expereince. I worked full time beginning in my junior year of school. Prior to that I worked part time. I learned how to manage a balance between study and work, while still graduating with a B+ GPA. Also since I was living away from home, I learned how to manage my own finances, get along with others while living on campus, and getting exposure to other cultures through living with exchange students from Hong Kong and China. To sum it up, I enjoyed my college years with a good balance between academic studies, work and still enjoying an active social life and pursuing my favorite activities!...
